We are looking for a highly dynamic, hands-on City Manager for Campo Grande (MS), Brazil, who is passionate about micromobility and eager to grow with our company. This is a unique opportunity to take part in building our operations in Campo Grande from scratch and making a significant impact on the future of urban mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, including fleet management, maintenance, and logistics.
• Manage the service center, including repair, maintenance, and charging of electric scooters.
• Recruit and train personnel for the service center, including drivers, mechanics, and coordinators.
• Ensure operational efficiency and productivity by implementing and improving processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to achieve targets.
• Coordinate with authorities, administration, and police to resolve any operational issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and manage spare parts inventory.

Requirements

• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Proven experience in logistics or operations management.
• Strong multitasking skills, hands-on experience and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience in managing service centers is a plus.
• Knowledge of the B2C market and customer service best practices.
