Job Summary:

We are looking for a Java Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Java backend development (primary focus) and working knowledge of frontend technologies. The role involves building scalable, high-performance applications for retail operations, including order management, inventory, and customer-facing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot)
• Design and build scalable REST APIs for retail applications (orders, inventory, customers)
• Work on frontend components using Angular/React as required
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Follow coding standards and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, QA, UI/UX) for end-to-end delivery

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot (Primary)
• Hands-on experience in REST API development
• Good knowledge of SQL and database design
• Working knowledge of Angular or React (Secondary)
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience with Git/version control

Good to Have:

• Experience in the retail/e-commerce domain
• Exposure to high-volume transaction systems
• Understanding of performance optimisation
• Knowledge of secure coding practices
