Job Title: Childcare Provider Pool

Job Type: Contractor (1099)

Location: Plainsboro, NJ

Salary: $20 per hour

Job Overview:

Princeton Alliance Church (PAC) is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Childcare Provider Pool. As a member of our pool, you will have the opportunity to provide childcare services for various PAC-sponsored events, creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and compassionate care for children during PAC events
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities and ensure their safety at all times
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children in your care
• Communicate effectively with parents and PAC staff regarding any concerns or updates

Requirements:

• Minimum of 16 years old; 16 & 17-year-olds must complete NJ Working Papers online before they're approved to work.
• Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to different age groups and individual needs of children
• Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work flexible hours
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
