The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.</span><div>The official job specifications for this role, as defined by the State Civil Service, can be found <a href="https://apps01.civilservice.louisiana.gov/onestopjobinfo/DisplayJobSpec.aspx?JobCode=172960" target="_blank"><u>here</u></a>.</div><u style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0">Job Duties</u><ul style="padding-left: 2rem; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 3pt; color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0"><li>Leverage large amounts of complex, multisource data to inform day-to-day management of the Louisiana Child Support program</li><li>Produce analytical reports on measures and metrics set by departmental priorities.</li><li>Ensures all statistical data is maintained so that requests for information are responded to timely and accurately.</li><li>Communicates with DCFS budget to address budget needs and adjustments during the fiscal year.</li><li>Interprets statistical data and writes complex formulas so tasks such as "what if" analyzes can be performed.</li><li>Creates various Ad Hoc reports which require extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access.</li></ul><br><div style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0"><u>Position-Specific Details:</u><br><strong style="font-weight: 700">Appointment Type:&nbsp;</strong><span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0">&nbsp;This position may be filled as a probational appointment or a job appointment that may last up to 48 months.
