Ø  Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals

Ø  Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency

Ø  Build quality assurance and data protection processes

Ø  Prepare and monitor KPIs

Ø  Prepare and manage IT support budgets

Ø  Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology

•  7 to 10 years of proven experience in IT/Technical leadership role in IT/ITES organization
•  Master’s in computer science, Engineering or a related field
•  Relevant industry certifications
•  Knowledge of technological trends
•  Understanding of budgets and business-planning
•  Excellent communication skills
•  Leadership and organizational abilities
•  Strategic thinking
•  Problem-solving aptitude

The Prospective candidate should be well-versed in current technology trends, a strong background in IT solutions and infrastructure support (both hardware and software) and knowledge of RFID, Radio network deployment and management, central monitoring and control systems.
