We are seeking a highly driven Chief of Staff to partner closely with executive leadership in driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and Go-to-Market (GTM) execution across the organization. As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the leadership team, ensuring alignment between business priorities and operational outcomes. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, improve organizational processes, support business planning, and help accelerate growth by driving execution across strategy, operations, and GTM programs. This position offers significant exposure to executive decision-making and provides the opportunity to influence the company's long-term direction and scalability.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership to define, prioritize, and execute strategic business initiatives.
  • Drive cross-functional programs across strategy, operations, sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Develop and monitor business plans, operational KPIs, and performance dashboards to support executive decision-making.
  • Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) planning, execution, and optimization initiatives for new products, services, and market expansion.
  • Coordinate strategic projects from planning through execution while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business intelligence to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
  • Prepare executive presentations, board reports, business reviews, financial models, and strategic recommendations.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable operational frameworks to improve productivity and business performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of high-priority business initiatives.
  • Support leadership with special projects, strategic partnerships, organizational planning, and transformation initiatives.

  • Experience working in high-growth startups, technology companies, or rapidly scaling organizations is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions and drive organizational alignment.
  • MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
