As we scale our operations and impact, we are seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to work closely with our executive team to streamline decision-making, drive strategic initiatives, and enhance organizational effectiveness.

In this pivotal role, you will act as right hand to the CEO, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing critical projects, and ensuring alignment of priorities across the company.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and coordinate cross-functional teams is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills, including an excellent command of professional English and the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
• Experience in a highly dynamic problem-solving role, such as management consulting or finance
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with spreadsheet modelling
• Experience with strategic planning
• Eligible to work in South Africa and able to work on-site
