We are growing rapidly and strengthening our financial leadership. We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer who will shape financial strategy and ensure efficient financial management of manufacturing, supply chain, and operational processes.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure accurate product costing, inventory valuation, and warehouse financial management;
- Deliver the inputs to manufacturing operations&processes, ERP, COGS efficient accounting;
- Monitor manufacturing efficiency, labor productivity, material utilization, and production costs;
- Work with sales organization for shaping the sales contracts, pricing and building up the credit risk policy;
- Drive initiatives to improve gross margins and operational profitability
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives through financial analysis;
- Partner with manufacturing, procurement, engineering, and supply chain teams to optimize operational performance;
- Evaluate capital expenditure projects, equipment investments, and facility expansions;
- Ensure effective financial planning, reporting, and control for management and external institutions;
- Analyze financial data and provide insights for strategic decision-making;
What we expect of you:
- Higher education in finance, economics or accounting
- At least 5 years of experience in finance, including leadership experience
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain finance (costing, inventory, procurement)
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Rivilė is an advantage)
- Strong business orientation with focus on efficiency and cost optimization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- High level of ownership, organization, and professionalism
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills (spoken and written)
- Ability to work on site

Salary:
We appreciate everyone’s efforts and experience, therefore we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 45 EUR/h up to 65 EUR/h (~7470 EUR –10,790 EUR pre‑tax), depending on your experience and qualifications.
In the employment agreement, a fixed (tariff) hourly gross salary rate is specified and defined.
