Serves as the acting district court administrator during periods of absence or unavailability.
Supervises the daily work of the deputy court administrators.
Prepares performance evaluations, monitors employee performance, and implements improvement plans if needed.
Mentors deputy court administrators and identifies professional development opportunities for them.
Facilitates strategic planning initiatives with deputy court administrators and court-related leaders.
Plans and chairs regular meetings with deputy court administrators and supervisors to discuss AOYCC policies, business processes and resolve operational challenges.
Monitors performance of court programs to ensure goals and compliance with court policies are met.
Reviews proposed state and local rule changes to assess their impact on court procedures. Collaborates with deputy court administrators to compile, consolidate, and publish local rules.
Oversees the court's record management, retention, and disposal program.
Serves as the primary contact for procedural inquiries from judges, chambers staff, magisterial district judges, minor court staff, and affiliated court offices.
Oversees the court-appointed attorney lists by tracking qualifications and requirements. Assists attorneys with the appointment process and payments.
Ensures compliance with the court's public access, language access, and ADA accommodation policies.
Implements high-level initiatives identified by the district court administrator.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Judicial, Business, or Public Administration, or a closely related field; PLUS
Three years of experience in court management or four years of varied office management work, including professional-level experience in budgeting, procurement, and human resource management.
An equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training may be considered.
Additional Requirements or Preferences
Satisfactory criminal background check required.
Institutional knowledge of court procedures.

Salary information
Starting Annual Salary Range: $64,750 - $88,490
Maximum Annual Salary: $135,969
