Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Establish and improve Lab process condition and technology including AMC / UPW / Chemical / VPD / Slurry analysis.
• Upgrade process and equipment (IC / GC / ICP-MS……) capability or reduce cost.
• Establish and modify ion, metal, organic process management projects.
• Set up Chemical Lab analysis and tool control supporting and rotation.
• Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
• Abnormal analysis and reaction tracing and improvement.
• Need to cooperate with Global Teams and other department.

Qualifications:

• Not required, but a big plus with chemistry, chemical industry or chemistry engineering background.
• A huge plus if college or above graduated.
• Able to work in cleanroom (Chemical Lab)
• Can support E/F or Night shift and work attendance normally
• Knowledge of PC applications, such as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Patient, well communicated and proactive work demeanor with teamwork
