The Role

We’re seeking experienced Commis Chefs to join our dynamic culinary team in part-time & casual positions. You’ll be part of a vibrant environment where quality and creativity are celebrated.

What You’ll Do

  • Craft and present dishes to the highest standard
  • Collaborate with senior chefs on preparation and service
  • Maintain impeccable food safety and hygiene practices
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance kitchen

About You

  • Proven experience as a chef in premium or high-volume kitchens
  • Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for food
  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Our Full Time & PT4 positions require full 7 day per week availability

Qualifications

Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Cert IV in Kitchen Management
