Sous Chef - Fine Dining at its best - Must be classically trained and have a solid year+ at 3 AA Rosette or 1 Michelin Star - May look at a Junior Sous that is ready to step up

A fantastic Sous Chef opportunity to join one of the most exciting restaurants in London has just come in. 
We are looking for a confident, experienced Sous Chef (possibly Junior Sous) to get on board now and help grow with this stunning restaurant.

You will be offered menu input and you work side by side with the Snr Sous Chef & Head Chef 

If you are a classically trained Junior Sous Chef, with Michelin experience and are ready to take on this hands on role get in touch now.

Ideally looking for a perfectionist, natural leader that enjoys bringing the best out of the brigade and striving to be the best. This is now an established site with a secure brigade in place.

Please note that if you are currently a Junior Sous Chef with relevant experience, we'd love to hear from you too!

Lunch and dinner service only and closed Sundays.
