VOTRE MISSION :

  • Assurer en autonomie la gestion complète d’un poste de cuisine, de la mise en place à l’envoi.
  • Préparer et réaliser les plats selon les recettes, les standards de qualité et les directives du chef de cuisine.
  • Organiser la mise en place quotidienne : préparation des produits, anticipation des besoins, coordination avec l’équipe.
  • Participer activement à l’envoi : dressage, rigueur et synchronisation avec les autres postes.
  • Appliquer strictement les normes HACCP selon les procédures internes.
  • Réceptionner et contrôler les marchandises, assurer un stockage conforme et une bonne rotation des produits.
  • Contribuer à la gestion des stocks et remonter les besoins au chef de cuisine.
  • Maintenir un haut niveau de propreté du poste et participer à l’entretien général de la cuisine.
  • Accompagner les nouveaux collaborateurs, stagiaires et commis au quotidien.

VOTRE PROFIL :

  • CFC de cuisinier ou diplôme équivalent.
  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience confirmée en tant que Chef de partie dans un restaurant gastronomique étoilé.
  • Maîtrise solide des techniques culinaires et des standards gastronomiques.
  • Excellente maîtrise des techniques culinaires et compréhension des standards de qualité élevés.
  • Capacité avérée à tenir un poste en totale autonomie, avec rigueur et sens des responsabilités.
  • Résistance au stress, ponctualité, organisation et esprit d’équipe.
  • Excellente présentation et attitude professionnelle.
  • De langue maternelle française.
