Job description

Our client has a stunning property in the heart of Oxford, they are currently looking to recruit a strong Chef de Partie to support their modern restaurant. They have a major fitted out kitchen, making sure your job is not affected by any old equipment, everything is working perfectly and the design / outlay of the kitchen is second to none. 

We are looking for somebody to come onboard and support a team of 10 chefs within the fresh food function, that normally has over 90/100 covers at its busiest, they also have a large M&E space of upto 500. 

You will be professional and passionate about cookery, relish working within a fast paced environment and have experience in a similar position. You will have creative flair and will be committed to expanding your existing skill set under the wings of the most professional chefs in hospitality. Our desirable candidate has charisma, character and thrives in a team environment. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in a four star hotel previously as Chef de Partie. 

Our Chef de Partie will have experience in a variety of sections. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, thrive in a busy working environment and have the ability to work on own initiative and calmly when under pressure.

My client can offer upto £22k plus tips/bonus and paid overtime & live in available
