  • Prepare and present high-quality hot dishes in line with Mövenpick’s “Eat Well” standards, creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.
  • Manage and oversee your assigned hot kitchen section, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at all times.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items and maintain variety and quality in the dining experience.
  • Ensure all food preparation and storage comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies as required to support “Eat Well” delivery.
  • Train, coach, and mentor junior kitchen team members to ensure consistent and high-quality food preparation.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen workspace aligned with the resort’s wellness and sustainability goals.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen environment, upholding Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok’s values.
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role, preferably in a premium restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Exceptional cooking skills with a strong focus on Hot kitchen.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from senior chefs.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Thai.
