MANDYNAMIC is seeking Chef De Partie  on behalf of  well known Chain Restaurants in Limassol, Cyprus. Candidates should have a positive attitude, responsibility and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high quality of food and smooth operation of each kitchen section
• Assist Head and Sous Chef and ensure all dishes are prepared to perfection and up to the brand standards
• Assist Kitchen Management in Health and Safety standards
• Implement HACCP policies and procedures

Requirements

Essential Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast paced kitchen
• Passion to work with fresh, local ingredients
• Attention to detail and quality
• Knowledge of English and/or Greek
• Computer Knowledge
• Pleasant and dynamic personality
• Experience as Chef de Partie or Cook A
