As Chef de Partie - Cold Kitchen, you will take ownership of a key section within our kitchen team, specializing in the preparation of afternoon tea sandwiches, cold starters, salads, buffet items and banqueting food for conferences, weddings and events.

  • Preparing and organizing daily mise en place to support smooth kitchen operations.
  • Maintaining exceptional food safety, allergen control and hygiene standards.
  • Managing stock rotation and minimizing waste within the section.
  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in delivering high-volume banqueting operations.
  • Training and supporting Commies Chefs and junior team members.
  • Helping develop new ideas and seasonal menu offerings.

  • Special rates on Leonardo Hotel rooms across the UK & Europe

  • Company-wide recognition scheme: you could earn vouchers to spend on a wide range of high street shops

  • Talent referral scheme

  • Thank You Week: from ice cream trucks to yoga classes and lots in between!

  • Wellbeing Calendar

  • Ongoing job-related training programmes with clear paths for progression

We’re committed to creating a workplace where every individual—regardless of background, identity, or lived experience—is welcomed, valued, and respected for who they are. Belonging means embracing our differences and ensuring everyone feels seen, heard, and empowered.
