Working as a Chef de Partie

As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for running a section of the kitchen. You will prepare and present all dishes to the required standard demonstrating good knife and cooking skills. You should be calm under pressure, a good team player and able train and supervise junior chefs. You will also have a real desire to progress and learn. Good allergens and food hygiene knowledge is also essential.
