• Professional culinary qualification, apprenticeship, or degree in Culinary Arts or Catering
• Proven experience within fine dining or luxury hospitality environments, including experience in a similar leadership role
• Strong mastery of Indian cuisines, culinary techniques, and kitchen organization
• Advanced knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and professional kitchen standards
• Ability to lead kitchen operations, menu development, and team performance with precision
• Inspiring leader with strong team building and motivational skills
• Dynamic, composed, and attentive during service operations
• Rigorous, organized, and open minded in approach
• Passionate about Indian culinary craftsmanship and continuous excellence

• Minimum 3 year experience in a five-star hotel
• A hospitality background is highly preferred.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
