We are currently looking for a CHANNEL PROGRAMS SPECIALIST
WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL BE:
- Active work with the digital platform as a tool for B2B communication, engagement and activation.
- Responsibility for digital content creation in line with the editorial plan, ensuring that all content complies with legislation and company guidelines.
- Ensure the execution of online business programs and event-related communication activities based on business briefs, including engagement mechanics, coordination of creative assets and post-activity performance evaluation.
- Collaboration with the B2B call center to support retailers, campaign execution and business follow-up activities.
- Collaboration with the agencies on daily basis.
- Regular monitoring, data collection and evaluation.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actions to enhance retailer engagement activities.
- Manage NPS activities, including audience preparation, survey deployment and translation of customer feedback into actionable recommendations.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- University degree, preferably Marketing, Sales or Business Administration
- Experience with digital platforms and cooperation with creative agencies (min. 2 years)
- Fluent Czech/Slovak and advanced English level is a must
- Strong communication, presentation skills and analytical skills
- Project management experience
- Advanced level MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Sense for language and design
