Change Management & Communications Specialist (Saudi Arabia)

We are seeking a highly motivated Change Management & Communications Specialist to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives by ensuring the successful adoption of new business processes, systems, and organizational changes. The successful candidate will develop and execute change management strategies, engage stakeholders at all organizational levels, and create effective communication plans that promote awareness, understanding, and adoption of change initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with business leaders, project teams, and subject matter experts to minimize resistance, improve employee readiness, and ensure the successful delivery of transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change management and communication plans for business transformation projects.
• Conduct stakeholder engagement, change impact, and organizational readiness assessments.
• Prepare communication materials, presentations, newsletters, and awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate training activities and support employees during organizational changes.
• Monitor change adoption, collect feedback, and prepare progress reports for management.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with stakeholders and project teams.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and ensure smooth implementation of new processes and ways of working.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Business Transformation.
• Experience in stakeholder management, change impact assessment, and organizational readiness activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Good knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter's Change Model.
• Experience supporting digital transformation or ERP implementation projects is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as Prosci, CCMP, or Business Communications are an advantage.
