As a Master Technician/Certified Technician, you will be at the forefront of Porsche's innovative engineering, delivering the highest quality maintenance and repair services. This role demands expertise in diagnosing complex issues, implementing repairs, and ensuring the performance of Porsche vehicles meets the brand's exceptional standards. Your work will contribute directly to our reputation for excellence in automotive service. Technicians report to the Shop Forman and is an on site position.

What You'll Do:

  • Advanced Diagnostics & Repair: Perform detailed vehicle diagnostics and repairs, utilizing cutting-edge technology and tools specific to Porsche vehicles.
  • Maintenance: Conduct routine and complex maintenance procedures to uphold Porsche's performance standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all services and repairs meet the highest quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Customer Interaction: communicate technical information and recommendations to service advisors, ensuring the customer understands the work performed.
  • Technical Training: Stay updated on Porsche's evolving technologies through continuous factory training.

What You'll Bring:

  • Porsche Certified Master Technician or equivalent certification.
  • Extensive Experience: 5+ years of experience as a certified technician within the Porsche brand.
  • ASE Certifications (Automotive Service Excellence) – Master Tech level
  • Advanced Diagnostic Skills: Proficient in using OEM diagnostic tools and software.
  • 2 or more years experience in teaching complex technical issues in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Commitment to maintaining Porsche's quality and safety standards.

Total Rewards

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes: $25-$40/Flat Rate Hour

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
