What You’ll Be Doing:

• Therapeutic Interventions: Work closely with our dynamic therapy team to provide hands-on therapeutic interventions that promote mobility, fine motor skills, and overall function for our residents.

• Personalized Care: Assist in developing and implementing customized therapy programs tailored to the individual needs of each resident. Every day is different, and you’ll get to be a crucial part of their journey toward recovery and independence.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with an inspiring team of therapists, nurses, and staff who believe in each resident’s potential—and in your growth as a professional.

• Creating Moments of Joy: Whether it's celebrating a big achievement or sharing a lighthearted moment during therapy sessions, you’ll play a part in creating experiences that brighten both your and the residents’ day!

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with a valid state license
• Passion for helping others live their best lives
• Excellent communication skills—because every resident is unique and deserves a personal touch
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility is a plus, but we’ll train the right person who is eager to learn!
