Starting Pay: $23.00–$26.00 per Hour (DOE)

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, and mobility

  • Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence

  • Build meaningful relationships with residents through companionship and attentive care

  • Respond promptly and appropriately to resident needs and emergencies

  • Accurately document care provided according to facility policies and regulations

  • Maintain current and accurate resident care documentation and service plans

  • Review shift reports and care assignments to ensure continuity of care

  • Help maintain clean, safe, and organized resident living areas

Qualifications

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
