Certified Mercedes Benz Technician

Berglund Luxury Lynchburg is seeking a highly skilled and certified Mercedes Benz Technician to join our expert team in Lynchburg, VA. 

This role is ideal for master level technicians who have a passion for precision, quality, and working with luxury vehicles. A sign-on bonus is available for master level technicians. 

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on Mercedes Benz vehicles utilizing advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-approved procedures.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Mercedes Benz models, systems, and technologies to provide efficient and accurate service.
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to deliver top-level customer service and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Ensure all repairs comply with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all diagnostics, repairs, and service activities.
• Stay updated on the latest Mercedes Benz technical training, tools, and service bulletins.

Requirements

• Certified Mercedes Benz Technician credential, Master Level preferred.
• Proven experience with Mercedes Benz vehicles, including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to use advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
