As a CADC, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting our patients as they navigate their patient care plans.

You'll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop personalized patient care plans, facilitate group and individual counseling sessions, and empower patients to achieve their recovery goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate patients needs and develop initial patient care plans.
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to support patients in their recovery journey.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.
  • Facilitate support groups and educational workshops for patients and their families.
  • Encourage patients to build coping strategies and life skills necessary for lasting recovery.

Requirements

  • Current certification as a Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in counseling, preferably in addiction treatment settings.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus!

Clinical supervision is offered to counselors along with the ability to receive more than 20 hours of CEUs in house. After a standard probationary period there is availability to work four, then hour shifts, or four days onsite and one remote day from home.
