We are looking nationally for executives across all industries, who would like to partner with a private equity firm to acquire the company they are currently leading, or acquire and lead a company whose ownership is prepared for exit.

We are looking for CEOs and leaders who have a desire to partner with a private equity firm to acquire a company they are currently leading or one that may be available to acquire.

Characteristics of the Target Company:

• EBITDA greater than $2 million or sales greater than $8 million and generally up to about $1 billion sales 
• Valuation generally between $8 million and $400 million 
• Privately held 
• Control transactions only 
• Industries of interest include broadly, manufacturing, business services including logistics, technology and healthcare, consumer products and services, value added distribution, for profit education and E-learning, aerospace, defense, specialty foods, pet products, information technology (including software and services), oilfield services, specialty foods, specialty publishing and a broad array of niche or value added businesses. 
• Company is ready for the next phase of growth under the right capital structure and leadership 
• Industry may be fragmented providing a target rich environment for growth through acquisition, however not required.  
• We can begin by acquiring and merging two or more companies as well. 
• Generally profitable and doing well. Distressed companies not sought. 
• We avoid real estate and oil and gas exploration companies.
