Job description

We're hiring a CEO Execution Partner to make sure that time is intentionally designed, not reactively consumed — and that execution never depends on constant context switching.

This is not an administrative or assistant role. It's an execution and effectiveness role, sitting inside the Office of the CEO, with real authority over how the CEO's time and attention are used.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Owning the CEO's calendar end-to-end — structuring days around priorities and energy, batching meetings, protecting focus time
  • Ensuring every meeting involving the CEO has a clear purpose, agenda, and outcome — and cancelling the ones that don't
  • Filtering noise before it reaches the CEO: screening requests, emails, and messages, and escalating only what truly requires his attention
  • Giving the CEO visibility into what's coming next, so no week starts or ends with avoidable surprises
  • Syncing regularly with the Chief of Staff to translate stated priorities into the CEO's actual day-to-day
  • Pushing back on meetings, requests, or commitments that don't align with priorities — this is an expected and backed part of the role, not overstepping

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Mexico City; on-site role
  • Prior experience in high-accountability, high-judgment roles (chief of staff, executive assistant to C-level, management consulting, or similar) — comfortable operating close to a CEO
  • Strong executive judgment: able to say no, push back diplomatically but firmly, and prioritize under ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English
  • Structured, calm under pressure, and proactive rather than reactive by default
  • Comfortable being measured on outcomes (CEO's leverage, calendar quality, decision readiness) rather than tasks completed
