Name of the Project: Compensation and Benefits Intern Vice Presidency: Digital & Organization Development Region: Central Intern’s Location (Office): Margain Offices Eligible Semester(s): 6th- 9th semester Careers of Interest: Industrial and Systems Engineering, Talent Development and Organizational Culture, Business, Business Administration, Information Technology Engineering, Data Science, International Business. Schedule Availability: Between 25 and 30 hours per week Period of Stay at CEMEX: 6 months, with the option of renewal Tentative Start Date: August 2026 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________Detailed Description of the ProjectSupport the Compensation & Benefits team in the development, administration, and promotion of initiatives focused on enhancing the employee value proposition. The intern will be responsible for the active search and management of agreements with external providers, database analysis and development, as well as supporting the planning and execution of employee benefits-related events.
