Execution of production orders with regard to personnel, tools, machines, and materials

Implementation, optimization, and control of product flow through to shipment

Preparation of vacation and shift schedules, taking into account machine capacity plans and component availability

Implementation and compliance with legal regulations and internal standards, particularly in occupational safety and quality

Determination and responsibility for key performance indicators such as productivity, scrap rate, and delivery performance

Completed technical vocational training; alternatively, several years of relevant professional experience

Strong sense of responsibility, customer and goal orientation, high level of commitment, and team spirit

Independent and reliable way of working

Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP

Confident and friendly demeanor, as well as strong and convincing communication skills in German
