The CEE Assurance AI Adoption team is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Associate or Manager to help accelerate AI Adoption across the region. What you will be doing:

• Champion AI Adoption: Act as an advocate for AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatPwC, ChatAssurance), promoting their use and embedding them into daily assurance workflows.
• Drive Change Initiatives: Lead and participate in change management activities, share best practices, and foster a culture of innovation.
• Develop Use Cases: Identify, develop, and share high-value AI use cases and prompts tailored to Assurance needs.
• Collaborate Regionally: Work closely with Super Users, AI Drivers, and regional leaders to implement the AI adoption plan and support local initiatives.
• Ensure Responsible AI Use: Uphold governance standards, business rules, and compliance requirements in all AI-related activities.
• Measure Impact: Track adoption metrics, gather feedback, and contribute to reporting on AI KPIs.
• Experiment & Innovate: Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies, experiment with new tools, and share insights with the wider network.
• Upskill & Support: Foster a culture of peer learning by encouraging knowledge sharing, creating user guides, and spotlighting success stories from across the region.
• Continuously gather feedback from users to refine training materials and ensure everyone feels confident and supported on their AI journey.

What we need from you:

• Proactive Mindset: You take initiative, anticipate challenges, and act without waiting to be asked. You’re always looking for ways to improve, experiment, and drive adoption forward.
• Experienced Professional: Senior Associate or Manager, with a passion for AI, technology and transformation. It is beneficial if you had secondment(s) outside CEE.
• Clear Communicator: Able to explain complex AI concepts in a straightforward, accessible way.
• Collaborative Mindset: Team player who thrives in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyst processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvement.
• Experience & Knowledge: At least 1 year in a Senior Associate role, with understanding of Audit/Assurance procedures and technologies.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English; additional CEE languages are a plus.
