CDL-A Driver | $1,500/Week + 34-Hour Weekly Reset + Full Benefits

CDL-A Dedicated Driver | Earn $1,500/Wk Avg + Up to $2,000 Summer Bonus (Phoenix Hub)

What You'll Earn & Route Setup:

• Weekly Pay: $1,500 average gross ($78,000 annual target)
• CPM Scale: $0.50 to $0.56 CPM based on experience level
• Summer Retention Bonus: Up to $2,000 per bonus period (prorated for new hires working at least 3 weeks)
• Operating Territory: Runs out of Phoenix, AZ delivering dry freight across AZ, UT, and Southern CA (~3 loads/week)
• Home Time & Equipment: 34-hour weekly rest period; park your truck at home or a secure location

Qualifications & Application:

• Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience in the last 6 months.
• Licensing & Physicality: Active Class A CDL, valid DOT Medical Card, and physical ability to perform roto cart and lift gate unloads (boxes up to 50 lbs).
• Screening: Clean MVR & background check. Must pass standard pre-employment DOT drug screening (urine & hair).
