Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Manager with at least 8+ years of experience in managing multiple software project deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project and team management, and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes. While not mandatory, candidates with academic backgrounds in Mechanical, Civil, or Production, CS, IT Engineering are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the successful delivery of multiple software projects.
  
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, resource allocation and deliverables.
  
• Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  
• Track and report progress, risks, and issues to leadership with mitigation strategies.
  
• Ensure quality standards and compliance across all project phases.
  
• Manage project scope, change requests, and handle project escalations effectively.
  
• Support business development and proposal preparation with effort estimates and planning inputs.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Civil, or Production) or a related technical field.
  
• Minimum 8 years of experience in managing software/technology project deliveries.
  
• Solid understanding of software development life cycles Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  
• Proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  
• Prior Exposure to CAD/BIM/Engineering software projects.
  
• Prior Exposure to AI tech in project.

Nice to have:

• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification.
  
• AI-Technical understanding.
  

Must have:

• B.E./B.Tech
  
• Multiple Project Management Experience,
  
• Excellent Communication and Project Management skills.
