Position Summary

The CBT-I therapist will be responsible maintaining his/her own caseload including, marketing, screening, scheduling, providing CBT-I services, documentation, billing, and participating in weekly team meetings. The therapist will have opportunities to provide presentations to highlight the sleep services program as needed.

Salary Range

$45 - $55 per hour

Essential Job Duties

  • Provide individual CBT-I services.

  • Market the program and maintain strong relationships with local referral sources.

  • Documenting both service protocols and outcomes.

  • Communicate with team lead in an effective and timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Licensed to practice in Colorado with at least one year of experience.

  • Completed basic CBT-I training and demonstrates competence providing services independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience providing CBT-I services.

  • Experience presenting or teaching to large groups.

  • Experience obtaining grant funding.
