Responsibilities:
- Defining the long-term strategy, leading key initiatives, and setting the future direction of partners
- Responsible for the P&L of Multi industry (FMCG, 3C, Home&Living, etc.)
- Providing certain industry knowledge and leveraging your network to ensure success in the category
- Map the category and subcategories landscape, and define priority on which segment to be developed in collaboration with partners
- Acquiring partners by actively identifying, prioritizing, and onboarding to the platform
- Developing partners by driving and managing end-to-end partnerships, planning, executing, and maintaining category performance, including but not limited to business model suggestions, creator affiliation, partner education
- Collaborate cross-functionally to unlock partners' potential on the platform, drive brand growth, and adopt livestream and short videos
- Navigating through ambiguity, adapting to frequent changes, and influencing key stakeholders to drive decisions for the category
- Decomposing complex problems, devising new approaches, and creating scalable solutions
- Own internal projects to contribute to the industrial ecosystem as a whole (including campaigns, product launches, B2B marketing)

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
- University or graduate students graduating in 2027.
- Fluent Japanese and Good written English (TOEIC 700+).
- Detail oriented, self-motived, data driven, able to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with Excel and Powerpoint.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiar with data analysis tools.
