As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads of potential fashion sellers through multiple sourcing channels (internal databases, social media, marketplaces, online research, events, etc.).
- Evaluating and qualifying leads to ensure accuracy, reliability, and relevance, prioritizing sellers with strong potential to onboard to TikTok Shop.
- Perform lead database cleaning and validation, including removing duplicates, verifying key information, and completing missing data.
- Segment and categorize leads based on defined criteria (category, seller size, digital presence, sales potential, etc.) to ensure proper assignment of leads to the appropriate Account Managers for outreach.
- Maintain and regularly update lead trackers and internal pipeline tools to monitor performance metrics such as the success rate of sellable sellers versus total sellers assigned, by sourcing channel.
- Collaborate closely with the account managers team to continuously improve lead quality and sourcing processes.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business or a related fields
- Proactive self-learner, open to navigating uncertain and exploratory business scenarios.

- Strong analytical skills, with a structured and critical approach to problem-solving;
- Experience in commerce platforms, digital marketing, or the short video/live streaming industry is highly valued.
