As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Support Korea-to-Japan cross-border BD and QA operations as the top priority, including seller communication for onboarding and growth.
- Support translation and localization of seller-facing and internal materials across Korean and Japanese.
- Participate in business performance tracking via developing and maintaining reports and dashboards.
- Assist in the development of business project strategy by conducting analysis to identify root causes for certain issues, then providing solutions or recommendations to the operation team.
- Participate to groundwork and execute category/platform campaigns.
- PMO – Act as coordinator to run cross-functional projects/initiatives with a cross-function team.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled university student.
- Korean proficiency at conversational level or above (reading, writing, and speaking) to support Korean sellers and market.
- Japanese proficiency at conversational level or above (read and write) to support Japan local market.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, eager to learn, hard-working & proactive attitude.
- Open-minded attitude, efficient and enjoying a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in problem-solving and time management
- Comfortable working with data
- Interest in or experience with e-commerce platform or Korean / Japanese beauty & fashion industry
