THE JOB: 

Join the team as a Casino Porter at ARIA Resort & Casino, where you’ll help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for every guest and employee.  As a Casino Porter, you'll play a pivotal role on the frontline, meticulously maintaining every aspect of our venue to uphold the unparalleled luxury and thrill we guarantee.  Your dedication will transform both the gaming floors and public areas, crafting an unforgettable experience that keeps guests returning time and time again.

THE STARTING PAY RATE:  $21.6134 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Sweep and remove wrappers, broken glass, ashtrays, and debris from floors
• Vacuum assigned stations, moving chairs and objects to ensure thorough cleaning
• Clean and dust slot machines, including areas between machines, doors, and woodwork
• Remove scuff marks and drink spills
• Clean biohazard areas as required
• Clean slot chairs, polish bases, and return chairs to proper position
• Remove trash, replace missing ashtrays, and clean all ashtrays and trash cans

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Six (6) months of prior relevant general cleaning experience, preferably as a porter or in a comparable cleaning/janitorial position within a casino or public areas department
• Proactively aware of unsafe conditions such as spills, wet areas, debris, and ability to address quickly and efficiently
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
