Job Summary
 

Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service in a retail environment by processing customer transactions using cash, credit/debit cards, and gift certificates.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate the POS/cashier station efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service and minimizing pricing errors

• Accurately handle cash transactions and provide correct change

• Count and verify cash drawer contents at the start and end of each shift; ensure adequate change is on hand

• Take ownership of any shortfalls or discrepancies in the cash drawer

Requirements

• GCE ʻNʼ/'O' Level / NITEC

• Service‑oriented attitude; willing to go the extra mile for customers

• Honest, disciplined, and reliable

• Strong team player—vigilant, energetic, and adaptable

• Proficient in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; enjoy engaging with diverse customers

• Well‑groomed and committed to upholding the company’s professional image

• Passionate about fashion styling, with a keen sense of current trends

• Fun, vibrant, outgoing personality with excellent personal style
