Job description

General Purpose:

 

The Caser / Break Relief Employee supports production operations by operating casers, ESL filling equipment, coding systems, and packaging equipment while providing relief coverage for employee breaks and lunches. This role ensures product quality, sanitation, safety, and efficient production operations.

 

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00pm - 6:30am Off Saturday and Sunday 

 

Job responsibilities include:

    • Operate box-forming and casing equipment.
    • Operate ESL filling equipment.
    • Set up and operate coding and marking equipment.
    • Follow all GMP and food safety procedures.
    • Perform product sampling and maintain required documentation.
    • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production and warehouse areas
    • Provide break and lunch relief coverage for production employees.
    • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks following certification requirements.
    • Complete all required paperwork accurately and timely.
    • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
    • Work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
    • Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management.
