Your Day-to-Day:

• Work closely with clients experiencing severe and persistent mental health challenges.
• Assess individual needs and connect clients to valuable community resources.
• Develop and execute personalized service plans alongside clients.
• Monitor and ensure quality service delivery for clients.
• Stay on top of Medicaid billing and documentation requirements.
• Conduct chart audits to maintain compliance and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related Behavioral Health field from an accredited university.
• Experience: At least one year of experience working with adults and children experiencing mental health challenges.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with the Medicaid Manual (certification required within 90 days of hire).
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Licensure: A valid Ohio Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Compliance: Ability to pass annual criminal background screenings.
