About Our Service:

Our ''Care and support Service'' provides tailored and flexible care services that improves the quality of life, health and wellbeing of our clients. Our carers enjoy a varied daily routine of activities and tasks, depending on our clientele. We are an on site service for owners within our Retirement Village at present. We are looking to go out into the community very soon covering a 5 mile radius, so driving will be required.

You do not need experience but just to share our values and delivering our aim by:

• Being responsive and showing compassion to the individual needs of all.
• Providing residents and staff with a warm, friendly, healthy and safe environment to live and work.
• Establishing a person-centred approach to care.
• Building the best team by encouraging training and self-development of all.

What does the role involve?

• Personal Care for all clients, inclusive of those with protected characteristics
  
• Medication Support
  
• Nutrition and Hydration Assistance
  
• Companionship
  
• Light household chores
  
• Shopping
  
• Support to maintain an inclusive lifestyle
  
• To be able to work independently with good initiative
• Keeping up to date with mandatory training, policy & procedures and attending staff meetings.
• Driving is required to support the local community, this is a new venture and will be happening in the near future.
