A Glimpse into Your New Role
This role involves handling more complex caregiver inquiries, providing higher-level technical support, and assisting with caregiver scheduling to ensure appropriate shift and location assignments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong background in customer support, and experience in workforce coordination.
Your day could see you:
Ensuring that caregiver candidates possess the required credentials based on the specific client they are applying to work for.
Collecting and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for each candidate.
Guiding candidates through the final stages of the application process, ensuring a smooth transition from mobile application to the client.
Communicating effectively in English
What You’ll Bring
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a call center environment, with a focus on customer support or scheduling.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to handle more complex inquiries.
Basic-to-intermediate troubleshooting skills for mobile applications and platforms.
Exposure to the healthcare industry, particularly home-based healthcare, is preferred.
Familiarity with customer service software, CRM tools, and scheduling systems is an advantage.
Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
