Caregiver - El Paso

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to assist a sweet couple residing at Monte Vista Assisted Living in El Paso. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in elderly care, a kind demeanor, and a strong sense of responsibility. This is a consistent weekday position with steady hours.

Responsibilities:

• Assist both clients with bathroom needs and personal care
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain the apartment clean and organized (light housekeeping)
• Escort clients downstairs for lunch daily
• Accompany clients to doctor’s appointments as needed
• Monitor and report any changes in health or behavior to the care coordinator

Requirements:

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills

Schedule:
Monday through Friday
9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Compensation:
$11- 14 per hour depending on experience
