Position Summary

We are hiring a Spanish-speaking Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home support for seniors in the Katy area. This role is ideal for a dependable, warm, and service-minded CNA who enjoys building relationships and making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:
  
  • Bathing, grooming, and hygiene
  • Dressing and mobility assistance
  • Toileting and incontinence care
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ condition to the care team
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping related to client care
• Help with meal preparation and hydration reminders
• Provide safe transfers and ambulation support
• Follow individualized care plans and agency guidelines
• Maintain a respectful, patient, and professional approach at all times

Qualifications

• Current CNA license in the state of Texas (required)
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• At least 1 year of caregiving or CNA experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
