Job description

Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn, and we're looking for experienced for experienced Career & Technical Education (CTE) Instructors to provide 1:1 and small group virtual instruction to students across the country. What you'll do:

    • Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's career pathway, technical skill level, and unique learning profile.
    • Create structured lesson plans that align with career cluster standards, workforce readiness goals, and preparation for relevant industry certifications or technical credentials.
    • Adapt instruction in real time based on student engagement, project-based milestones, and practical troubleshooting, bringing real-world industry context into the virtual classroom.
    • Track student progress and communicate effectively with families, schools, or vocational program coordinators regarding skill mastery, portfolio development, and career readiness.

Note: Many of our assignments operate in Pacific Time, so availability during PT hours is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience working with students who have education needs
  • Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations
  • Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace

Preferred (not required):

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
