Care Manager (RN) - WA Postpartum

JOB DESCRIPTION This RN Case Manager position is dedicated exclusively to postpartum members and differs from a traditional case management role. While the standard job description reflects Molina's broader Case Manager framework, this position focuses on postpartum support, member engagement, and helping build and improve Molina's postpartum care model. Some flexibility outside traditional business hours is expected to accommodate member needs, and scheduling will be developed collaboratively.
