Care Assistants - Killingbeck and Seacroft - Female Only

Shift Pay (Not Pay-Per-Call) | Walkers and Drivers | Females Only

If you’re already the person who checks in on a neighbour, supports a relative, or is always there when someone needs a hand – you’ve got skills that really matter.

Those same qualities – patience, empathy, reliability – can make a huge difference to people who want to stay independent at home. You’ll join a dedicated care team working across LS14 and LS15 area of Leeds, supporting people at home with personal care and social support.

At Be Caring, we’re employee-owned and values-led. That means you’re not just turning up for a shift – you’re part of a team where you are listened to, supported, and valued for the work you do every day.

Please note: due to the personal nature of the support, this role is open to female applicants only (in line with the Equality Act 2010)

Where You'll Work

  • LS14 - Killingbeck and Seacroft
  • LS15 - Austhorpe, Colton, Halton & Swarcliffe

Shift patterns (2-week rota):

  • Help people stay connected to their community and everyday life
