Summary: Utilizes high frequency sound waves and other diagnostic techniques to produce images of the heart, tissues, and blood flow inside the body that are used by physicians to make a medical diagnosis.
Requirements:
- Registry Certification required.
- Previous experience in cardiac ultrasound scanning required.
- Previous experience in cardiac stress testing required.
- 1 year experience with pediatric and neonate imaging strongly preferred.
- Must be able to take at least 4-5 days of call per month and be able to arrive to the hospital within 30 minutes of being paged.
- Preferred licensure in the state of Illinois, but will consider licensure pending within a year of hire.
Work Shift Details:
Days: 10 hours, 6:30a-5:00pWeekend rotation (1 weekend a month, 1 on call weekend every other month )
Call Shifts Required (on call shift: 5p-6:30a)
