Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, implementation, and ongoing management of UOB Vietnam's credit and debit card products, with a particular emphasis on outsourced components (e.g., card production, loyalty programs, customer service support).
- Monitor and analyze card portfolio performance metrics, including acquisition, activation, usage, retention, and profitability, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular reviews of outsourced vendor performance, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending actions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on portfolio performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Risk, IT) to launch new card products, enhance existing features, and optimize customer journeys.
- Participate in market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, emerging technologies, and best practices in the card payments industry.
- Support the implementation of new product features, promotions, and campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with outsourced services.
- Assist in managing product lifecycle activities, including product enhancements, renewals, and discontinuations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies related to card products and outsourced services.
- Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to outsourced card product operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product management, portfolio analysis, or business analysis within the banking or financial services industry, preferably with exposure to card products.
- Proven experience working with outsourced vendors or managing third-party relationships is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in Vietnamese is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of the Vietnamese banking and card payments market is a plus.
